1. Platform role

DoctorLib is a technology platform operated by Bidwarriors Online Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. We connect patients with registered healthcare providers. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner and do not provide medical advice or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract. Doctors must hold valid medical registration in India.

3. Appointments

• Booking confirms your selected slot subject to doctor confirmation.
• Online consultations (when available) are subject to telemedicine guidelines.
• Patients must arrive on time with accurate health information.

4. Payments

Consultation fees are displayed before booking. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Platform commission may apply as disclosed at checkout.

5. Cancellation & refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation windows and refund eligibility depend on appointment status and timing.

6. Doctor responsibilities

• Maintain valid medical registration and accurate profile information.
• Provide care consistent with applicable medical standards.
• Keep patient information confidential.
• Upload prescriptions only for patients they have treated.

7. Patient responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and health information.
• Attend appointments or cancel in advance per policy.
• Follow medical advice at your own discretion; seek emergency care when needed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidwarriors Online Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for medical outcomes, doctor conduct, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

9. Account termination

We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations. You may request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
